• Complete the required 16-hour training and pass CCB’s statewide test.
• File your assumed business name, LLC or corporation with OR Corporation Division.
• Submit a CCB surety bond.
• Provide proof of general liability insurance.
• Provide evidence of worker’s comp. and other employer account numbers if applicable.
• Submit a completed CCB application with the $325 fee for two years. Note:  From July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2019, the fee for license renewals and new contractor licenses is lowered from $325 to $250.

Your score will be given to you immediately following completion of the examination. The following summary describes the score reporting process:

On screen – your results will appear immediately on the computer screen.

• If you pass, you will immediately receive a successful notification.
• If you do not pass, you will immediately receive an unsuccessful notification on the screen along with a diagnostic report indicating your strengths and weaknesses.
• On paper – an official score report will be printed at the examination site.
